Information in the hotel
On arriving at our hotel, we will provide you with a brief explanation of all the health and hygiene measures in place. We advise you to bring your own mask from home.
Safe inside the hotel
All areas of our hotel will be regularly aired, cleaned and disinfected. All vulnerable surfaces and high-touch areas, such as lifts, door handles etc. are disinfected several times a day. In strategic locations throughout the hotel you will find hand-sanitiser gel dispensers.
Rooms
All our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Before each check-in they will be further sanitised.
Restaurant
In the dining room, as well as on our veranda and outside, the required distance between the tables will be guaranteed. Our waiters will wear a mask while they work. You can enjoy the buffets if you use gloves and a mask.
Kitchen
All our kitchen staff will maintain the highest safety standards while they work. All the surfaces, utensils and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
Bicycles and E-MTB
Our bicycles are sanitised each time they are used, this is why the keys are kept at the reception desk.
Solarium and gym
These areas are available for you to use as long as you ensure social distancing regulations are maintained. Products will also be made available to sanitise the equipment after use.
The staff
Everyone who works here is trained and kept up to date on the latest health and hygiene standards; the staff will also wear a mask at all times and body temperature will be measured every day.
